Meet Lee

Lee Rosales is a Bellingham-based real estate broker and a Pacific Northwest woman at heart, by way of Kelso/Longview, Washington. She is on a team with Mira Gregory, a fellow broker with John L. Scott Bellingham, and together they serve a range of clients in the local area. Though familiar with many areas, Lee is particularly well-versed in the Lake Whatcom market, offering her clients helpful insight on what it takes to own lakefront property in Whatcom County.

The youngest of four, family is one of Lee’s core values and she loves the opportunity real estate gives her to help families reach their real estate goals. She’s lived and worked in Bellingham for more than a decade and brings an extensive background in customer service, hospitality, sales, and management to her work as a real estate agent.

Lee loves taking on new challenges and is continually working on her personal and professional growth. Her approach to client service is centered around education and communication, mixed with a dash of positivity. Her clients can expect education from the get-go, and communication throughout to help the transaction go smoothly. Regardless of what happens, Lee strives to keep things light and positive (when appropriate) to keep her clients’ spirits up.

Lee is always seeking to experience the magic of life through community and adventure. When she’s not working, Lee leads an active lifestyle and loves taking her Australian shepherds on adventures. She also enjoys skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, weightlifting, boating, hiking, camping, and riding road bikes.
